On my way to work this morning I walked past a lady who kissed her letter before posting it in a letter-box. It made me wonder where her post was going and who to? A love letter? Perhaps a loved one she hasn't seen in a while, or maybe it was an application to something and she was wishing it luck.
This week in particular (birthday week) I have had lots of post through our letter-box and it is always a joy to come home and find cards and (nice) mail on the doorstep to greet you.
This gorgeous little box arrived for me today.
He really is too nice to eat, but I am sure I will succumb and have him with a cup of tea later.
